The Lighthouse is a transitional living program bridge between an inpatient program and living a life free of alcohol and drugs. Community, societal and life reintegration requires the ability to balance work, recovery, relationships and financial responsibility. Our residents are extremely successful in obtaining employment. The Lighthouse is well established with a heritage of success and deep relationships throughout the recovery community, local and state agencies, and community partnerships with local businesses and employment agencies. Recovery meetings, restaurants, jobs, and churches are within walking distance. Residents are provided with modern accommodations and a favorable job market. Through our structured and safe environment, residents can comfortably grow and begin to experience the freedom from the bondage of addiction.
The Lighthouse’ eight-month transitional living program is guided by and incorporates throughout our program the Christian teachings of Jesus Christ and requires each man to attend church and actively participate in the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and / or Narcotics Anonymous.
